(1) The meeting of the Board shall be held at least once in three months.
(2) Meetings of the Board shall be held at such date, time and place as may be fixed by the Chairman.
(3) The member-secretary of the board shall make the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting available to all members at least forty-eight hours before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the board are present, the quorum for the meeting of the board will be considered. (5) The Chairman of the Board shall preside over the meetings of the Board.
(6) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the board shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting of the board shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The Board may invite any expert related to the work of the Board to participate in the meeting of the Board.
(8) The decision of the board meeting - should be certified by the person presiding over the board meeting and kept safe by the member-secretary.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Board shall be as determined by the Board itself.
(10) Chairman and members of the board shall receive meeting allowance as specified for participating in the meeting of the board.
